Requirements to complete a general notarization, the signer must:

Appear in person before the Notary at the time of signing.

Present valid, government-issued photo identification (such as a driver’s license, state ID, or passport). The ID must be current or issued within the past 5 years under Michigan law. Expired ID is not accepted.

Have the complete document ready for notarization. The document should be filled out prior to the appointment, except for the signature , the Notary needs to witness it.

Be willing and aware. The signer must understand what they are signing and do so voluntarily, without coercion.
Please note: A Notary Public verifies identity and witnesses the signing but does not provide legal advice or prepare legal documents.

Travel fees are determined by type of service, time and distance traveled.
Final pricing will be agreed upon prior to booking.
Cancellation fee will apply if notary has begun travel to appt.
